Role Description The Influencers Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and onboarding relevant creators and influencers, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and coordinating collaborations that align with brand objectives. The associate will manage influencer campaigns end-to-end,



including outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking deliverables, and performance reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with internal teams to understand campaign goals, monitoring social media trends, maintaining influencer databases, and ensuring timely and skilled communication. The role also requires assisting in event coordination, supporting brand partnerships, and contributing ideas to improve influencer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
