Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of our cleanroom and HVAC engineering solutions.



The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital lead generation.
Meet architects, consultants, project managers, factory owners, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cleanroom and HVAC solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the engineering team.
Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle until project closure.
Coordinate with design, estimation, project, and service teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate sales repo
