Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for SAP GTS applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform SAP GTS configuration changes and implement system enhancements.
Support integrations between SAP GTS, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
Monitor and resolve interface-related issues involving IDocs, RFCs, APIs,



and middleware.
Support global trade compliance processes including: Customs Management
Export Control
Compliance Management
Sanctioned Party Screening (SPL)
Embargo Checks
Implement legal and regulatory updates related to international trade.
Support reports, forms, workflows, master data, and file processing.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring production issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Perform testing for system changes, enhancements, SAP Notes, and upgrades.
Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide end-user training when required.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, SAP support teams, and external vendors.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support recent business requirements.
