How you'll make an impact

you’ll manage customer support operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. You’ll work closely with onshore teams, clients, and stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Act as the main point of contact for branches, providing end-to-end support for policy lifecycle services.
Build robust relationships with branch staff to enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate pre- and post-policy renewal activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Monitor service requests, ensuring they’re completed accurately and on time.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
