Role Overview
As a Rewards Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Tata Electronics' fast-growing Semiconductor Manufacturing business by managing compensation, perks, incentive programs, and rewards analytics. The role requires working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, compliant, and data-driven rewards practices that attract, retain, and motivate talent across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.

1. Compensation Management
Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the Semiconductor business.
Participate in annual compensation reviews, merit cycles, promotions, and salary corrections.
