Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Chembur, Mumbai (only local people)
Working days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
1. End to End Recruitment Management
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
• Lead sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, talent communities, and recruitment partners.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter extensively for talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, advanced Boolean searches, InMail campaigns, pipeline management, and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
• Ensure quality screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and selection processes. • Monitor and improve recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and overall hiring effectiveness.
2. Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.




• Conduct regular recruitment review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations.

3. Talent Pipeline, Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding:
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions using LinkedIn platform Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Plan and execute Campus Recruitment initiatives by partnering with colleges, universities, placement cells, and skilled institutes for Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee, and Internship programmes.
• Strengthen the Company's employer brand through LinkedIn, social media platforms, recruitment campaigns, and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Develop and manage employee referral programs.
