We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager to build and scale DAIOM’s content engine.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and grow DAIOM’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram by planning and executing a consistent weekly content calendar, writing and publishing posts, and continuously improving engagement through data and insights.

You will own the end-to-end workflow for the Dil Se Omni Talks podcast, including episode planning, basic guest coordination, publishing, and ensuring each episode reaches maximum visibility through solid titles, descriptions, and short-form content.

You will create and repurpose content by writing blogs for daiom.in and converting podcast and long-form content into LinkedIn posts, threads, and short videos focused on AI, omnichannel growth, retention, and analytics.





You will also handle basic editing and distribution by creating short video cuts, coordinating thumbnails and creatives, and ensuring content is effectively distributed across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Who Should Apply

Must-Have

Has actively built content on their own (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or similar)
Strong interest in content, marketing, and storytelling
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing, including:
ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
Any AI tools for writing, ideation, or content workflows
Comfortable with:
LinkedIn & Instagram growth basics
Reels / Shorts format
Canva / CapCut or similar tools
Have strong interest in Marketing , Content and analytics.
Education : Bachelors / Masters with 2 + years of professional experience.
