Role Description This is a full time, on-site Caller role based in the Pune District. The Caller will focus on making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, providing information about digital marketing services, and clarifying queries in a clear and professional manner.



Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, updating call records in internal systems, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign objectives. The role also involves following call scripts where needed, sharing follow-up information via phone or email, and maintaining a courteous, customer-focused approach during every interaction. The Caller is expected to meet daily and weekly calling targets while contributing to a positive, collaborative office environment.
