About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative, organised, and experienced Senior Creative Education Specialist to lead the planning, development, and execution of our art and creative learning programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing workshops from scratch,



creating engaging learning experiences, mentoring facilitators, and bringing fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Programme Development:
Design original art and creative workshops for children across different age groups.
Develop structured lesson plans, workshop flow, and learning outcomes.
Create seasonal camps, holiday programmes, themed workshops, and special events.
Research and introduce new creative techniques, materials, and educational concepts.
Design age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, confidence, and problem-solving.

Workshop Planning & Execution:
Lead and facilitate engaging art workshops and classes.
Ensure every session is interactive, well-paced, and child-centred.
Plan workshop timelines, activity stations, and material requirements.
Test new activities before launch and continuously improve programmes based on feedback.
