As a Finance Reporting - Operations Leader, you will lead Believe's Customer Reporting Operations for our Labels & Artists Solutions business. The position will be based in the Mumbai office and is part of the Finance Operations Department, reporting to the Head of Customer Finance Operations in Believe Mumbai office and functionally reporting to the Head of Customer Reporting team for Labels and Artists Solutions based in the France office.
You will manage a team of Customer Reporting Specialists while ensuring the timely delivery of royalty reporting services, operational excellence, and high stakeholder satisfaction. As the team's technical reference, you will oversee complex investigations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure operational risks are identified, communicated and resolved efficiently.
