Responsibilities

For Freshers:

BE in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Basic knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

For 1-5 Years Of Experience

Experience in industrial furnace design, thermal systems, or heat treatment.
Proficiency in simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL) for thermal analysis.
Hands-on experience with fabrication, sheet metal design, and structural analysis.
Knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, AMS, NADCAP) for heat treatment processes.

Job Details

Design and develop industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment.
Work on thermal system design, including insulation, heat distribution, and airflow.
Assist in product development, prototyping, and testing.
Perform mechanical calculations related to furnace structures and heat transfer.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams for fabrication and assembly.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
