Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to lead product strategy, development, training, and marketing initiatives in the Ayurveda, Pharma, or Nutraceutical industry. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, doctor engagement, and driving business growth across ethical and OTC product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and current product development
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and portfolio analysis
Develop scientific content, marketing materials, and product communication
Lead doctor engagement, CME programs,



and medical training
Execute ethical, brand, and OTC marketing strategies
Train internal teams, clients, agencies, and distributors
Collaborate with R&D;, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
Oversee product surveillance and post-launch monitoring

Qualifications

BAMS/MD (Ayurveda) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm OR B.Sc/M.Sc
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in Ayurveda/Pharma/Nutraceutical industries
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with understanding of industry trends & customer needs
Willingness to travel across India
