JD for Associate - Field Sales

Build and nurture solid relationships with key account customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Regularly update the sales funnel in Zoho, including tracking leads and prospects, as well as noting any orders lost and updating sales statuses daily. Use the Excel dashboards as a reference and make sure not to miss.
Conduct frequent site visits to key account locations to maintain a personal connection with the customer, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by discussing the client's current and future needs during site visits.
Arrange accurate and competitive quotations based on the client's requirements and in consultation with relevant departments (e.g., pricing, product specialists).
Present quotations and proposals to key accounts in a professional and persuasive manner,



highlighting the value and benefits of your products or services.
Ensure that PO’S are processed accurately and efficiently, including tracking, and confirming delivery dates and managing any changes or modifications to orders.
After each activity, work with the sales coordinators to create the Service Acceptance Certificate. Get signatures from the user and their reporting manager before generating the invoice.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices to key accounts and follow-up to ensure timely payment. Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues as needed.
Act as a primary point of contact for key account customers to resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
