Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, data-savvy GTM & Leads Manager to own CoKarma's entire leads pipeline - from discovery to handover. This is a critical growth role responsible for building and scaling lead generation across digital platforms, listing portals, broker networks, startup communities, and performance marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with numbers, knows how to work listing portals and broker relationships, can run Meta and Google My Business ads, and has a strong instinct for finding startup leads and building community pipelines.

Key Responsibilities





Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
• Own and grow the end-to-end leads pipeline with a target of 1,000 qualified leads per month.
• Identify, test, and scale recent lead sources across digital, offline, and community channels.
• Track lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel health on a daily basis.
• Maintain clean and updated lead data in the CRM and ensure timely handover to the sales team.

Listing Portal Management
• Manage and optimise CoKarma listings on platforms such as MyHQ, Innov8, SpaceWorks, and other relevant coworking discovery portals.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, compelling, updated, and performing well in search rankings.
• Track leads generated from each portal and optimise for quality and volume.
• Identify and onboard new listing platforms relevant to the coworking and office space market.

IPC & Broker Network
• Build and maintain relationships with IPCs (International Property C
