Duties and Responsibility:
Employee Development and Training: Identify training and development needs within the organization and design relevant programs Implement Performance Management Systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance in handling employee-related matters.
Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization. Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive work environment that values differences.
Change Management:
Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in communication plans, training, and transition management.

Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM from Top B-School with a focus in HR.
Demonstrated academic excellence is mandatory. (Preferably above 80% in 10th and 12th).
Other Details:
There will be one month internship before full time employment
Location will be Sonipat, Haryana
CTC of 4 to 5 LPA depending on interview and skills.
