Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.
Attend and resolve maintenance requests and guest complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engineering systems and equipment to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Monitor the functioning of utilities such as DG sets, pumps, air-conditioning systems, lighting, and water supply.
Perform routine maintenance as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with hotel standards and safety procedures.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and daily check
