Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE segments, digital channels and trhough travel trade.
Manage a pipeline of high-value accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals that boost ARR and occupancy for key properties.
Collaborate with marketing and revenue management to align promotional calendars, rate structures, and package offerings with market demand.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and B2B networking forums to expand client acquisition and market presence.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback to refine offers and maximize ROI on sales initiatives.
