Job Title :- Sales Manager

Job Summary :-

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and building robust client relationships. The role oversees the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to project handover—while working closely with the Design, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :-

Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and industry events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor target achievement.
Client Relationship Management
Generate and qualify new leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements, budget, and project scope.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations,



and service presentations.
Conduct client presentations showcasing the company's portfolio and capabilities.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries throughout the sales process.
Sales Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
Train team members on products, sales processes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the Design team to align client expectations with project deliverables.
Sales Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate with Project Management and Design teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
Oversee preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with
