Your Mission
You will lead the complete technology vision and execution of IdentityIn, including:
Define the overall technology architecture and product roadmap.
Build and launch the MVP platform.
Develop scalable cloud-native architecture.
Integrate AI-powered career intelligence capabilities.
Build secure user authentication and identity management.
Design recommendation engines and intelligent matching systems.
Lead full-stack development across web and mobile platforms.
Establish engineering best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Build and mentor future engineering teams.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
Drive technology innovation aligned with business strategy.
