Design and ship LLM-powered features across client products
Build retrieval pipelines, evals, and observability
Tune and benchmark models for cost, latency, and quality
Build voice agents (cold-calling / inbound) end-to-end
Stay on top of the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape
What we look for
2+ years building production software
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
Comfort with Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET for LLM tooling
Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Elasticsearch, MongoDB Atlas)
Solid systems thinking — you understand cost, latency, reliability
Nice to have
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Background in ML or NLP
Voice / telephony APIs (Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs)
