The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to our high-value enterprise clients. Sitting at the intersection of Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product Engineering, the TAM ensures clients maximize the value, performance, and stability of our software, tools, and platforms. You will be responsible for driving successful onboarding, proactive system health management, and swift resolution of complex technical escalations, while simultaneously aligning our technical solutions with the client’s long-term business goals.

Responsibilities
Strategic Client Advisory: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with client technical teams and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters.
Onboarding & Tool Implementation: Guide clients through seamless platform migrations, tool rollouts, and initial onboarding phases without disrupting daily business operations.
Proactive Health Monitoring: Continuously analyze client system metrics, platform utilization,



and workflows to identify potential bottlenecks or risks before they impact delivery.
Escalation & Incident Management: Own high-priority technical escalations. Coordinate across internal engineering, product, and support teams to drive rapid resolution and provide transparent root-cause analyses (RCAs) to the client.
Business Reviews & Insights: Lead regular Operational and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance data, service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and strategic technical recommendations.
Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client internally, funneling client feedback, feature requests, and pain points back to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Required Skills
Technical Competency:
Platform & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience working across diverse software platforms, APIs, and complex tools.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid understanding of up-to-date software
