We are seeking a proficient Network Engineer to join our Civica Infrastructure Team. This role requires a robust foundation in Infrastructure Engineering, as well as comprehensive experience with wide-area networking technologies and enterprise-level settings.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to oversee, maintain, and continuously enhance the health, resilience, and performance of Civica's network infrastructure. You will work with a diverse array of advanced technologies, including local data centres, hybrid cloud connectivity, multi‑vendor networking, CDN services, and SD‑WAN.
You will work closely with platform engineers, hardware engineers, and other network engineers, serving as an escalation point for tactical network issues raised by Support and Operations teams.
