We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP Recruiter with a robust background in SAP hiring, team management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles across multiple SAP technologies and modules
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and delivery excellence
Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and fulfill hiring needs
Manage and strengthen relationships with recruitment vendors and staffing partners
Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-hire SAP talent
Track hiring metrics, ensure process compliance,



and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Profile:
Proven experience in SAP recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong team handling and people management skills
Expertise in stakeholder and vendor management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
