About the Rol:e We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Visualiser to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll translate briefs, data, and ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with a B2B audience, from campaign concepts to product storytelling. You'll work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to ensure every visual output is on-brand, purposeful, and built for impact. Key Responsibilities Concept and Creative Development

Ideate and execute visual concepts for digital and print campaigns, keeping brand guidelines and business objectives at the center.
Translate complex product and service propositions into clear, engaging visual narratives suited to a B2B context.
Develop and present multiple creative directions for stakeholder review, iterating based on feedback. Design Execution
Design assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, sales decks, case studies, and event collateral.
Build and maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints:



digital, print, and presentation.
Support the creation of product UI mockups or marketing-facing product screenshots where required (in coordination with the product/UX team). Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
Partner with copywriters and content strategists to ensure visual and messaging coherence.
Present and articulate creative choices to internal stakeholders in a transparent, structured manner. Process and Quality
Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet campaign deadlines.
Maintain an organized asset library and ensure version control across active projects.
Uphold quality standards through internal review cycles before delivery. Trend Awareness
Stay current on design trends, B2B creative benchmarks, and evolving platform requirements.
