We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead with deep expertise End-to-end planning and delivery of PS engagements on the EIQ agentic automation platform, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery directly to customers or with partners. Ability to collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders. This role requires hands-on Technology led transformation delivery with hands on experience across planning, execution, reporting, risk and change management, budget control,



and people leadership in a low-code/no-code, AI-native product workplace.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale enterprise transformation programs, partnering closely with C-level stakeholders and business leaders.
Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps while leveraging platform capabilities and technical initiatives.
Own program governance through integrated project plans, executive dashboards, KPIs, and regular stakeholder reporting.
Drive delivery excellence by enforcing SDLC, release governance, and best practices across complex programs valued at USD 10M+ with 100+ member cross-functional teams.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring timely mitigation and executive escalations.
Govern changes to scope, timelines, and budgets through structured change management
