Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Upsurge Infotech’s training and resourcing programs, including initial inquiry handling, detailed program counseling, and enrollment support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to leads via phone, email, and walk-ins, conducting needs-based consultations,



explaining course structures, fees, and career outcomes, and maintaining accurate records in the admissions system. The role also involves achieving admissions targets, collaborating with marketing and training teams to optimize outreach strategies, organizing information sessions or seminars, and ensuring a positive, qualified experience for all prospective and enrolled learners.
