Job Description
Exciting prospect to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure
Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Thermal and power management on HBF-based products
Work with thermal and power management designer on the algorithm
Work with FW team on implementation
Work with Validation team on defining test objectives, measurement and debug planning
Verify and characterize the management implementation on actual systems
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in EE, ECE, E&I;, VLSI, or other relevant field
10+ years (BS), 7+ years (MS) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design
Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
Familiar with debug, testing and peripheral interfaces (JTAG, UART, I2C, I3C, SMBus)
