We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Intern who understands how early-stage startups grow and can take ownership of strategy, execution and experimentation. This role is suited for someone who has already worked in a startup environment and has contributed to scaling a product, brand or business from 0 to 10, 1 to 5 or a similar early-growth stage.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Intern will work closely with the founding and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, build acquisition strategies, execute campaigns and improve user conversion and retention.
This is not a basic social media internship. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, work independently and translate growth goals into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies for NeuraMach.AI and its products.
Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement,



retention and referrals.
Build go-to-market plans for new products, features and campaigns.
Design and execute experiments across social media, partnerships, communities, email, content and performance marketing.
Create structured growth plans with transparent goals, timelines and measurable outcomes.
Analyse user behaviour, campaign performance and conversion funnels.
Identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend improvements.
Work on increasing website traffic, sign-ups, leads and product adoption.
Develop strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Support partnerships with institutions, communities, affiliates, creators and relevant organisations.
Coordinate with content, design, sales and product teams to execute campaigns.
Conduct competitor, market and customer research.
Track growth metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
Build repeatable and scalable growth processes
