Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer at Suitepedia.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain NetSuite-related software solutions, including SuiteScript code examples, integrations, and reference implementations. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code; reviewing and improving existing scripts and tools; and collaborating with content creators to translate technical solutions into transparent, educational materials. The role involves researching NetSuite features and APIs, building proofs of concept, troubleshooting issues,



and contributing to best practices that support the Suitepedia community.

The Software

Engineer will work closely with other engineers and subject matter experts to ensure that technical assets are accurate, reliable, and aligned with user needs.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.

Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar).

Background in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, server-side logic, and integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and writing modular, maintainable code.

Familiarity with NetSuite, SuiteScript, or ERP systems is highly beneficial.

Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and document implementations clearly.

Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating via digital communication tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
