Role Description

This is a full-time Software Engineer role based in Kota with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home days.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and internal tools that support wealth management, portfolio analysis, and client reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, implementing APIs, integrating data sources, and optimizing system performance and security.



The role involves collaborating with wealth consultants and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of the technology stack.

The Software

Engineer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes to ensure reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance optimization for financial or data-driven applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Kota, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to reliable, well-tested code.
- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services platforms is an advantage.
