About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with specialized knowledge in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the health insurance claim workflows, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality system performance. This role is crucial in identifying system discrepancies, supporting testing phases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing system enhancements.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex business requirements into effective test cases.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on insurance, finance, or technology.



Relevant experience in health claims processing and manual testing within insurance domain environments is essential. Familiarity with the TCS BaNCS platform and its modules related to health claims is highly desirable.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools, along with basic SQL knowledge to facilitate data validation. Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are also required.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform, including claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows. Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications to ensure thorough coverage. Conduct various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities to validate system performance and compliance.

Log, track, and verify defects, collaborating closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, business rules,



and quality standards to maintain system integrity. Work proactively with business analysts, domain experts, and stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and incorporate them into testing strategies.

Additionally, participate in defect review meetings, provide status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
