We are looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser – Kidswear to manage end-to-end sourcing operations and vendor relationships, ensuring the right quality, cost, and timelines across our kidswear collections.
Key Responsibilities
Source and develop vendors for kidswear categories
Manage sampling, costing, and price negotiations
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Track production timelines and resolve sourcing issues
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing/merchandising (kidswear preferred)
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and kidswear quality standards
Experience with manufacturers
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
