Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – P&C; Insurance with deep expertise in the US Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance market, particularly in Commercial Lines Underwriting. The individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, client engagements, solution consulting, and successful delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives for global insurance clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of insurance domain knowledge, product management, consulting, and client delivery experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives across the insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product and business consulting initiatives for P&C; insurance clients.
Drive end-to-end client delivery for insurance transformation programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on underwriting, policy administration, claims, and operational transformation.
Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to define and execute product roadmaps.




Engage with client leadership teams to understand business challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and business development activities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with insurers, brokers, and ecosystem partners.
Mentor and lead domain consultants, business analysts, and product teams.

Required Experience

20+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
Solid understanding of the US Insurance Market.
Deep expertise in Commercial Lines Underwriting.
Experience in insurance product management, consulting, or transformation programs.
Proven track record of leading client-facing delivery engagements.
Experience working with policy administration, underwriting, claims, and insurance operations platforms.
Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
