What You Will Be Doing

Research and profile PE/VC fund managers across India and Southeast Asia - their strategy, team, track record, fund terms, and portfolio composition
Building and maintaining structured databases on funds, fund managers, companies, LPs, and market themes
Using AI to build tools, trackers, templates, and processes that improve how the team operates
Contributing to Lanmea's market presence through research-backed content
Support our advisory firms with business development initiatives and launching new business verticals

Requirements

Full-time availability during the internship period
A strong academic foundation in finance, business, or a related field
Strong interest in private markets
Good analytical, communication, and writing skills
Interest in India and Southeast Asia as business and investment markets
Obsession with AI and its application to investment workflows and business building
Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
