Role Description
The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures guests enjoy a comfortable, safe,



and welcoming environment by delivering exceptional housekeeping services in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for guest occupancy.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow hotel policies on hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure timely room availability and issue resolution.
