Role Description The Career Counselor role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhubaneswar. The counselor will guide students and professionals in exploring career options, assessing strengths and interests,



and creating realistic career plans aligned with individual goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, administering and interpreting career assessments, and supporting participants with resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies. The role also involves collaborating with academic and corporate partners, organizing career workshops and awareness programs, maintaining accurate counseling records, and providing regular progress reports. The counselor will contribute to the design and delivery of Identity’s training modules to ensure that career guidance aligns with the organization’s result-oriented approach.
