Role Description:
The Supply Acquisition Manager (Hotel Onboarding – Uttar Pradesh) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow,
responsible for expanding Saltstayz’s hotel portfolio across the state. This role includes identifying potential partner hotels, pitching Saltstayz’s value proposition, negotiating commercial terms, and closing onboarding agreements.
The manager coordinates due diligence, oversees onboarding workflows, and ensures new properties meet brand, quality, and operational standards before going live. Daily activities involve field visits, relationship building with hotel owners, market analysis, monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating closely with operations, revenue, and central sales teams to ensure smooth handover and performance of newly acquired supply. The role also includes tracking acquisition targets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing feedback to improve acquisition processes and partner satisfaction.
