Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
Coordinate employee engagement and learning initiatives
Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative HR support

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field (BBA/MBA HR preferred)
0–2 years of HR experience
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (HRMS experience is an added advantage)
