Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Haveri. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with existing and prospective customers, conducting needs-based conversations, and facilitating account openings, loans, and other financial solutions.



The Relationship Manager monitors customer accounts, ensures timely resolution of queries and service requests, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver smooth, compliant, and customer-centric solutions. The role also involves meeting assigned business targets, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all regulatory and bank policies while promoting the bank’s values of fairness and transparency.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales and business development capabilities, including cross-selling and upselling banking products to meet branch and individual targets.
Solid knowledge of retail banking products and services (such as accounts, deposits, loans, and digital banking) and basic understanding of financial principles.
