Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist with 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and support various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Drive employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.




Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures as per company policies.
Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.
Assist managers in setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
Support implementation of performance improvement plans where required.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure timely processing of employee advantages and reimbursements.
Address payroll-related employee queries.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, HRIS databases, and personnel files.
Prepare HR letters including offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Support audits and compliance documentation.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
