About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about designing high-performance, low-latency, privacy-first backend systems that power smarter ad decisioning and deliver stronger outcomes for buyers, publishers, and DSP partners.
In this role, you will work at the heart of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, building next-generation capabilities across real-time bidding, targeting, optimization, attribution readiness, and auction intelligence. You will help shape systems that improve bid efficiency, win rate, fill rate, yield, buyer spend performance, and platform reliability—all while operating within evolving privacy and signal constraints.
This is an chance for a strong backend engineer with deep ad-tech and performance advertising expertise, especially across SSP-DSP workflows, OpenRTB, real-time decisioning, privacy-aware signal usage, and optimization systems. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, DSP Partnerships, Publisher teams,



and SRE to build ML-driven, data-informed platforms that directly influence campaign performance and marketplace efficiency.

What You'll Do
Develop, benchmark, and deploy real-time bidding (RTB) algorithms, pacing controls, and predictive models aimed squarely at maximizing ROAS and conversion tracking across all screens (CTV, Mobile App, Video, and Desktop).
Use best practices for software development and documentation, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work.
