Role Description The Onestream Trainer role is a remote position focused on designing and delivering high-quality training programs on the Onestream platform. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating training materials, conducting virtual training sessions for corporate and institute clients, and delivering hands-on workshops that cover configuration, usage, and best practices within Onestream.



The trainer will assess learner needs, customize content for different skill levels, and provide follow-up support through documentation, Q&A; sessions, and knowledge checks. The role also involves collaborating with internal technical teams to align training content with real-world implementations, gathering feedback to improve courses, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Onestream features and related financial and performance management processes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Onestream platform concepts, including configuration, administration, and user functionality, with the ability to translate complex topics into explicit training content.
Experience designing and delivering structured training programs (virtual or in-person), including curriculum development, lesson planning, and creation of user guides, exercises, and presentations.
Solid understanding of finance, accounting, or corporate performance
