About the Role
Dermalist is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the D2C skincare industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer and creator marketing and should be capable of managing campaigns end-to-end, from influencer discovery and negotiation to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Identify and onboard relevant influencers, UGC creators, and micro/macro creators based on campaign objectives.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, commercials, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
Handle both paid and barter influencer collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and agencies.




Create and communicate campaign briefs while ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with Social Media, Creative, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams for campaign execution.
Track and analyse campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, budgets, and performance reports.
Monitor competitor influencer activities, emerging creators, skincare trends, and viral content formats.

Requirements
1–3+ years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing.
Prior experience working with a D2C skincare brand is mandatory.
Candidates who have worked with brands such as Minimalist, mCaffeine, Foxtale, The Derma Co, Hyphen, or similar D2C skincare/beauty brands will be strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the skincare, beauty, lifestyle, and UGC creator ecosystem.
