Mandatory Requirement:Prior experience or robust domain exposure in Insurance is mandatory. Property & Casualty experience is preferred; Life, Annuities, Retirement or Pensions exposure is desirable.
Role Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Pre-Sales Consultant at C1 band to support Insurance BPS pursuits across RFP responses, solution documentation, RLS creation, proposal coordination and stakeholder follow-up. The role will work closely with senior solution leaders and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, timely and consistent pursuit deliverables. Insurance domain experience or meaningful Insurance process exposure is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of RFP, RFI and due diligence responses by collating inputs, drafting content, maintaining response trackers and ensuring timely completion of assigned sections.
Create and maintain RLS / Role Labour Schedule inputs, resource assumptions and workforce requirement templates in coordination with solution, delivery and finance stakeholders.
Assist in solution documentation including operating model narratives, process scope, location strategy, transition approach, governance model, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate with Finance and pricing teams to gather cost inputs, FTE assumptions, productivity levers, pyramid mix inputs and commercial dependencies required for proposal completion.
Work with SMU, Technology, SRM, BITS, Quality, Risk, Security, Compliance and Transformation Office teams to collect validated inputs and ensure proposal responses are complet
