Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both 3D modeling and creating high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs from 2D CAD layouts and conceptual sketches.

Key Responsibilities

* 3D Modeling & Rendering: Build accurate 3D models and produce photo-realistic interior/exterior renderings and design walkthroughs.
* Read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
* Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials to 3D models.
* Collaborate with the design team to refine visual assets based on project briefs.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Education: Graduation/Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related design field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of qualified experience in 3D modeling and visualization.
* Core Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for modeling.
* Rendering Software: Experience with industry-standard rendering engines such as Corona Renderer, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
* Good to Have: Working knowledge of Rhino is a strong plus.
* Portfolio: A portfolio or link to recent work showcasing both modeling and high-quality rendering skills is required.
