Position: Lead – Peformance Management System
Location: Hosur

Experience Range: [12 – 18 years]

Job Purpose:
Strategize and implement PMS to enable future ready high performance organization and effective in developing people and building the right culture at TVS, as part of LRP of Company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline MPCP and target setting process.
- Establish continuous & comprehensive target reviews.
- Check quality of targets and feedback from business.
- Map targets & competencies to revamped Job Description & finalization of JDs.
- Ensure highly stretched & ambitious biz. targets owned by line.
- Introduce behavioural targets to drive and reinforce cultural outcomes.
- Establish PMS for the Matrix organization.
- Redefine the PMS evaluation process.
- Creation of objective rating framework (incorporating share of results vs effort).
- Redesign promotion criteria: role, performance & competency based (based on JE output).
- On-time completion of target setting, PDD, interim reviews (monthly check-ins) & feedback, evaluation, calibration.




- Revamp evaluation framework to include business performance as part of rating distribution.
- Regular communication & change management.
- Regular review, cadence and consequence management.
- Training & change management to ensure development of Managers.
- Collaboration with Total Rewards and Talent Management function.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resource Management / Organizational Development From Premier institute
Certification in Performance Management, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development is an advantage.

Experience :
- 13 - 16 years of experience in HR, PMS, or organizational development.
- 5–8 years of experience leading performance management frameworks and annual PMS review cycles.
- Proven experience in goal setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), competency models, and calibration processes.
