Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
Design UI elements and components that are reusable and scalable
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites/applications look and function
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
Collaborate with front-end developers to implement visual elements
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools and technologies
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects demonstrating your design thinking and process
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design
Solid visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
Ability to work with wireframe tools
Excellent problem-solving skills
