Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients, and promote Dream Path Services’ offerings across domains such as finance, insurance, investments, and lifestyle benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable service packages. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets. The BDE will also support marketing activities, participate in local events or campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and customer expectations.
