Role Overview:
Position: Business Development Manager — Capital Markets
Location: Thane, Mumbai (Full-time)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for owning the Capital Markets industry vertical and achieving annual revenue growth through strategic account acquisition, relationship development, industry participation, and prospect management. In this role, you will act as the “Voice of the Industry” within Technosprout, continuously tracking capital market evolution, stringent regulatory updates, and modern FinTech/Algo-trading technology adoption patterns. You will be the core driver who builds the pipeline, closes the deals, and deeply understands what is happening in institutional trading, wealth management, and market infrastructure security.
