Deputy Manager – Performance Marketing (Google & Meta)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Performance Marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The role will focus on driving online revenue, customer acquisition, and retention for the e-commerce business through data driven performance marketing strategies. The candidate will work closely with category, analytics, merchandising, and creative teams to optimize customer journeys and maximize ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
• Drive key e-commerce KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, and Customer Lifetime Value.
• Develop and execute acquisition, remarketing, and customer retention strategies to accelerate business growth.
• Manage budget allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Optimize Shopping,



Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube, Energetic Product Ads, and Meta Advantage+ campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance using GA4/Mixpanel/Omniture and attribution tools.
• Partner with category, merchandising, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and improve online sales performance.
• Lead testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, landing pages, product feeds, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build dashboards, generate actionable insights, and present performance reviews to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad products, AI-driven marketing solutions, and competitive benchmarks.
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in campaign management and reporting.
